Children's Residential Service (EBD)
Location: Brent, London - HA9
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonuses
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (On-call only if service needs)
Are you a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead a brand-new 3-bed EBD therapeutic children's home?
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
Strong track record of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted ratings.
Must be a driver with a full UK licence.
Passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment for young people.
