MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a reputable social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis, covering areas throughout South Derbyshire.

The ideal candidate will be available at short notice and have previous experience working within social housing. A full UK driving licence is essential, as a company van and fuel card will be provided.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in both void and occupied social housing properties
Complete EICRs and remedial works
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
Attend appointments as scheduled and complete allocated tasks efficiently

🎓 Essential Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
2391 Inspection & Testing
18th Edition (BS 7671)
Basic DBS Check
