Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations focusing on external works specifically cladding.

Manage subcontractors and site personnel to deliver project milestones.

Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and in line with HSE regulations.

Monitor and report on progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.

*

Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth site execution.

Requirements:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essential

*

First Aid at Work - essential

*

CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred) - essential

*

Proven experience managing external construction projects.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
