Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing business based in St Albans. Previous experience is required.

The Sales Ledger Assistant is responsible for supporting the Accounts Receivable Team efficiently and accurately.


Raising all sales ledger invoices and proformas
Ensure all invoices are raised quickly and accurately
Produce monthly sales reports
Bank reconciliations
VAT returns
Oversee VAT and HMRC recs and payments
Manage the fixed asset register
Manage the prepayment and accruals schedulesCandidate requirements:

Visual 2000 accounting is desirable
Strong Excel skills
Billing experience
Computer literate
Tenacious and determined
Able to develop good working relationships over the phone and by email
Self-motivated and proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication

Hours of work: 8:45am - 5:00pm
This role is initially office based and hybrid working is available after probation is passed.
