A growing business in the Webster Groves area is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will also be working as the front desk receptionist. This person will be required to answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary, the use of data entry of customer's information into the company database, filing, copying, faxing, daily mail function that include but are not limited to accept and sign the delivery of letter and packages aw well as receive and distribute mail, you will be the face of the office greeting all visitors of the business, creating and maintaining appointment calendars, provide administrative functions for President, Vice President and CFO including but not limited to: Communications support through phones, mail, FAX, voice mail; develop and maintain filing system, phone lists and mail lists; word processing, spreadsheet development and presentation preparation, Maintain and order office supplies keeping track of inventory and other duties as they are assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a background that has 1-3+ years of experience working in an office environment where they used Word, Excel, PowerPoint and QuickBooks. Must be professional both verbally and well written. Must have an outgoing personality as they will be the face of the office. Must have a high school diploma but preference given to those with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business field.
