Responsibilities as a Team Leader:

* Supervise and support care staff to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

* Monitor and manage residents' care plans, ensuring health, safety, and wellbeing standards are met.

* Lead team communication, coordinating tasks and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Requirements as a Team Leader:

* Minimum of NVQ Level 3 - Health & Social Care

* Minimum of 1 years Senior Care Assistant experience within a care home

* Full driving licence & own a car
