This Paraplanner role is best suited to a Level 4 Diploma qualified paraplanner or someone close to achieving it, who wants to be part of a close-knit team where both professional and personal growth is strongly supported. As the business grows, opportunities to progress will present themselves.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide comprehensive paraplanning support to financial advisers within the firm.
• Prepare detailed client suitability reports and annual review documents, ensuring compliance with both FCA regulations and firm-specific guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research on products, funds, and investments to support informed financial advice.
• Perform tax calculations and stay abreast of changes in tax legislation to ensure accurate financial planning.
