The Role
As a Senior Fire Fault & Commissioning Engineer, you will take the lead on the high-level commissioning and fault-finding of a wide range of fire alarm systems. In addition, you'll play a key role in developing and mentoring the engineering team—both technically and personally. You will ensure that each team member is supported in delivering exceptional service, with a commitment to quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

This is a senior role requiring a professional individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, and a dedication to maintaining the highest industry standards. You will be expected to take ownership of the day-to-day operations while fostering an environment of growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier service, ensuring quality, reliability, and professionalism to our clients
Maintain and uphold the highest standards of communication and customer experience
Provide technical support to both internal teams and external stakeholders
Operate in full compliance with industry regulations and standards
Commission and maintain fire detection systems
Diagnose and repair faults in fire alarm systems
Support maintenance visits for conventional and addressable fire detection systems
Assist with the upkeep of emergency lighting and smoke ventilation systems
