With ambitious growth plans, we’re on an exciting journey, and we’re looking for a dynamic Head of Property to help shape our future.

As our Head of Property, you’ll take ownership of our entire property portfolio, ensuring it supports our business strategy, delivers operational efficiency, and enables continued growth. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in store acquisition, lease management, refurbishments, and ongoing estate optimisation.

• Lead and manage all property activities, including acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals, rent reviews, and service charges.

• Develop and implement the property strategy aligned with our retail growth objectives.

• Build strong relationships with landlords, agents, and legal advisors to secure favourable terms and ensure compliance.

• Oversee budgeting and cost control of property-related expenditure.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Store Operations, Finance, and Estates teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Provide leadership and support to a small, dedicated property team.

We’re looking for a commercially-minded property professional with a strong retail background. You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in property management within a multi-site retail environment.

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

• A strategic mindset with hands-on operational ability.

• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of cost-effective property solutions.

• Leadership qualities and the ability to work cross-functionally.
