You will need to lead, inspire and develop a high performing team to meet the needs of future company growth, whilst always acting with integrity. The Role of Store Manager:

• Support the store team to grow their product knowledge and enhance their client interaction.
• Implement promotional activities and customer eventing opportunities
• Focus on delivering a profit growth through, sales generation and effective cost control across the store

To be considered for the role of Store Manager:

• Experience in a similar role is essential
• You will have experience of leading, inspiring and developing a team
• Enjoy engaging with customers both face to face and on the phone
• Have the flexibility to work weekends when necessary
• Full UK driving licence and car
