Position: Contracts Manager

Location: Leicester

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 PA - DOE

Start Date: March 2024

Purpose of the role:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Manager in Leicester. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracted services, organising and producing quotations, scheduling, and producing certification/ reports.

Duties:

• Managing and overseeing contracts
• Producing quotations
• Scheduling & producing reports.
• Administration duties
• Liaise with site managers and customers managing their expectations.
• Resolve any issues or problems that may occur during the contract.
• Liaise with site managers and customers managing their expectations.
• Responsible for management of each contract ensuring that each project is delivered smoothly on time and within budget.

Experience required:

• Experience in contract management and administration.
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in contract Microsoft Office Suite
