We are delighted to be recruiting for our client , a well-established Independent Financial advisory firm, who are now looking to expand by recruiting a pro-active and ambitious Part Time IFA Administrator to join their growing team based near Leeds city centre

Responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining client records
- Requesting and chasing provider information
- Production of portfolio reports
- Preparing client packs
- Producing review letters
- Organising encashments
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Completing Business submission forms
- Supporting the IFA with day to day administrative tasks
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience working in financial services
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and general admin skills
- IT proficient
