The Role You will play a key role in defining and delivering the pricing strategy across the organisation. Responsibilities include: * Setting the pricing vision and shaping a customer-led pricing strategy. * Leading the development of pricing frameworks, initiatives, and reform programmes. * Overseeing the delivery of pricing projects and large-scale trials. * Responding to commercial, analytics, and operational teams on pricing challenges and opportunities. * Working closely with a Pricing Manager who provides technical pricing support. * Contributing to the wider revenue function as part of a new, integrated leadership structure.

Your Skills and Experience * Strong commercial experience in pricing strategy or revenue management. * Proven ability to design, deliver, and scale complex pricing initiatives or trials. * Experience working with pricing reform, structural pricing change, or regulated industries. * Skilled at working cross-functionally with analytics, commercial teams, and wider stakeholders. * Innovative mindset with the confidence to drive new approaches and challenge convention. * Strong stakeholder communication and the ability to influence at multiple levels.
