Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is desirable
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children
Empathetic, adaptable, and patient
Committed to supporting both the academic and personal growth of pupils
Hold an enhanced DBS (or be willing to obtain one)
Have the right to work in the UK
Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are an advantage
