A privately owned family construction business, with vast amounts of experience in building high end residential apartment blocks.

Lovely offices, great people, all not to big or important to put the kettle on.

Looking for -

Looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on projects in Manchester, Liverpool, and surrounding areas.

The role -

*Project Manager working on the following type projects.

*13 Storey concrete frame new build with 85 apartments - Circa 12 Million value.

*11 Storey steel frame new build with 219 apartments - Circa 25 Million value.

Person Spec -

*Must have experience in new build apartments - both concrete and steel frame.

*Must have a minimum of 8 years at PM level

*Must have a driving licence and own vehicle

*Must have - CSCS and SMSTS card / certificate / Project Management degree an advantage but not essential.
