Role Overview

They are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Sprayer to join their in-house finishing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying a wide range of spray finishes to bespoke joinery components, ensuring a flawless, high-quality finish that meets both client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare timber and MDF components for spraying, including sanding, priming, and filling.

Mix and apply a variety of finishes including lacquers, paints, stains, and oils.

Ensure high standards of finish quality, colour matching, and consistency across all items.

*

Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines and finish specifications.

Maintain clean and organised spray booth and equipment.

*

Inspect finished products for defects and perform touch-ups or rework as necessary.

*

Follow health and safety procedures, particularly relating to ventilation and handling of materials.

Requirements

*

Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional joinery spraying or furniture finishing role.

*

Strong knowledge of timber finishes, materials, and spraying techniques.

*

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.

*

Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude.

*

Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
