Day-to-day of the role: - Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions in Health & Safety or Leadership & Management.
- Tailor training materials and methods according to participant needs and course objectives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and regulations in Health & Safety or leadership practices.
- Provide support and guidance to participants, ensuring they meet their learning objectives.
- Manage training schedules, resources, and participant records.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a trainer in Health & Safety or Leadership & Management.
- Relevant certifications in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or Leadership & Management.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt training methods for different audiences and learning styles.
- Excellent organisational skills.
