Manpower Recruitment have teamed up with an established Company in Banbury, who are looking for a Full time, permanent Production Operative.

The working days are Monday-Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am-1.30pm.

Flexibility will be needed during busier times to fufil the orders, with paid overtime.

The salary is up-to £26,000pa (with chance of increase after a successful probation and will be reviewed throughout your career)

Someone who is keen to learn new skills and help support a small team in a busy warehouse environment and looking for a career, as the potential to grow with the business is huge.

A good can do attitude, eye for detail and communication skills is essential for this role.

Someone who isn't shy of hard work and can self motivate themselves on any task given.

Main Duties

Screen printing
Box making
Operating and setting up Box making machinery.
Guillotining
Wrapping deliveries
Using print machines
General warehouse tasks when asked
Keeping workstations clean and tidy and free from clutter.

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work on foot for extended periods.
Ability to work quickly and methodically.
Capacity to concentrate on repetitive tasks.
Strong team spirit and communication skills.
