Location: Hillingdon Role: Geography Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3-4, with a focus on global issues and perspectives.

* Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of geographical concepts, processes, and their global context.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Humanities department to share best practice and enhance the Geography curriculum with a global dimension.

* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Geography.

* Potentially contribute to extracurricular activities that promote global awareness and understanding.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.

* Degree in Geography or a related field.

* Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).

* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of Geography and its global relevance.

* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Geography within a dynamic framework.
