Experienced Glazier / Window Fitter - Full-Time Opportunity

A well-established glazing and window fitting company near Loudwater is looking for a skilled and reliable Glazier / Window Fitter to join their growing team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, including schools, housing associations, and private homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Replace sealed units in wooden, UPVC, and aluminium windows and doors

* Fit shower doors, glass splashbacks, mirrors, and balustrades

* Measure, cut, and install float and toughened glass in line with specifications

* Carry out neat finishing using putty, mastic, trim, or plaster as needed

* Work across various sites including homes, commercial buildings, and public sector properties

* Read and interpret technical drawings and site measurements

* Safely and effectively use both power and hand tools

* Work closely with clients, contractors, and other trades to complete jobs to a high standard

* Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

* Record completed work and report any issues or additional requirements

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Glazier and/or Window Fitter

* Ability to measure accurately and interpret technical plans

* Excellent attention to detail and manual skills

* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

* Comfortable working at height

* Strong customer service and communication skills

* Experience in glass cutting or lead work is advantageous

* Full UK driving licence (company van and fuel card provided)

* Right to work in the UK
