Warehouse Team Lead
£15.65 - £16.15ph + Enhanced Benefits + Progression

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Lead to join a busy operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee daily warehouse activities, picking/packing/loading and ensure your team meets performance and quality targets.

The Role

• Support the receipt, storage, picking, packing, wrapping, quality checking, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure all warehouse processes and paperwork are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain high standards of warehouse cleanliness and organisation
• Ensure compliance with all Health and safety compliance
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Supervise, motivate, and support a team to meet shift targets
• Night Shift (6pm - 3am)
• Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

The Person

• Previous warehouse experience (essential)
• Valid Forklift Licence/Certificates
• Familiarity with warehouse inventory systems (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and IT skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
