Page Personnel are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join a business based in Leeds city centre.

Client Details

The company is a busy and growing Legal Firm who are looking for a new Compliance Administrator to add to the team. The role is to provide support to the various fee earning teams across the firm with settlement of costs, closure of files and bordereaux payments. This will include supporting the fee earners with the end process of files including costs and closures.

Description

The day to day duties of the role will be; to assist with all administrative tasks associated with the delivery of the Regulatory & Compliance function within the Firm. Create, review and proofread documentation. Assist with the organisation and planning for the Lexcel annual assessment. Assist with bulk renewal of Practising Certificates for the Firm. Assist with monitoring of the R&C Inbox. Assist with the creation, review and updating of all Policies & Procedures. Uploading and managing documents on the Intranet. Deal with the processing of invoices and cheque requests as appropriate. Deal with the distribution of the post within the Team. Responsible for all the filing of the Team: hard copy and electronic. Internet Research. Maintain relevant records and Registers, including supporting information. Collate information for management reporting, audits, tenders and the Lexcel quality standard.

Profile

Administration experience (Minimum 2 years)
Experience with document formatting
High level of ITC skills (including word processing and Microsoft PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent time management
Proactive approach to work
