The role

A great Assistant Floor Manager has the ability to run any shift to perfection whilst simultaneously supporting the Floor Manager. Helping to run a flawless service and provide an exceptional experience for our guests. With Senior Managers by your side, you will forge a career path of your own too!

About you

• 1 Years' experience in a similar role minimum in a quality
• Great staff management, motivation and training  
• Ability to driving sales in a fast environment
• A high attention to detail as well as a love for working with others  
• Last but by no means least, a love of sport definitely helps!
