Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Holt
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus bonus

My client is looking for an experienced technician or manager of a workshop to join their team in the Holt area. 

Role Purpose:

Manage service admin, job cards, invoicing, and warranty claims
Oversee technician scheduling, performance, and training
Maintain KPIs and departmental profitability
Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely updates
Prepare job quotes and upsell services where applicableWhat My client is Looking For:

Management or supervisory experience (service industry preferred)
Knowledge of machinery (agricultural, construction, or horticultural)
Strong communication, multitasking, and organisational skills
Calm under pressure with a customer-focused approach
