You will be working for a well-respected Tier 1 contractor who is increasing their Southwest presence. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the design and delivery of complex, high value schemes across the Southwest. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process across multiple projects
• Coordinate design information between consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for compliance and buildability
• Support tendering activities, including design risk assessments and value engineering proposals
• Ensure design deliverables meet programme, cost, and quality targets
