Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

Prime Appointments are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent food manufacturer based in the Earls Colne area. Our client is currently looking for a Factory Operative to join their production team on an ongoing temporary basis.

This role would suit someone with previous experience in food production or packing who is looking for consistent work within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Packing finished food products ready for distribution
Carrying out end-of-line quality checks
Supporting production within the high-care area when required
Conducting visual inspections to ensure product quality
Minimising product rejection by following good manufacturing practices
Working to daily production targets
Adhering to food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in food manufacturing or packing (essential)
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and able to work efficiently within a team
Good verbal and written communication skills
Own transport due to the site location
