About the Role

You will work across a varied portfolio, supporting both audit and accounts assignments, with responsibilities including:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of audit engagements
• Supporting fieldwork and completion stages of audits
• Preparing statutory accounts under UK GAAP
• Liaising with clients and responding to queries in a professional manner
• Working closely with senior team members and managers on assignments
• Gaining exposure to a broad range of sectors and client sizes

This is a hands-on role offering strong technical development and increasing client responsibility.

About You

• Circa 2 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
• Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA) – ideally Certificate Level complete with some Professional exams passed
• Strong audit and/or accounts experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach
• The firm is also open to individuals with strong practical experience who are earlier in their studies or yet to formalise qualifications.
