The Role:

* Setting and operating CNC lathes

* Programming (online/offline depending on experience)

* Machining complex components to tight tolerances

* Working from detailed engineering drawings

* Inspecting finished parts to ensure top quality

What We're Looking For:

* Experience as a CNC Turner (Setter/Operator or Programmer)

* Ability to read engineering drawings confidently

* Experience working to tight tolerances

* A strong eye for detail and pride in your work

Bonus Points If You Have:

* Fanuc control experience

* Background in aerospace, oil & gas, or precision engineering
