The Registered Manager Overview:

We're working with a well-established, values-led provider who is growing at the right pace. They're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to take the reins of a small, well-run supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and autism, alongside oversight of a friendly day centre service.
This is a great opportunity to lead, shape and improve an established service, with the freedom to put your own stamp on the service.
If you're currently a Registered Manager, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, this is a chance to work somewhere with supportive senior leadership and progression opportunities.
The Registered Manager role:
* Lead and develop a committed team of Team Leaders and Support Workers
* Ensure genuinely person-centred support
* Maintain and build on Good CQC standards
* Oversee both a supported living and a day centre service
* Working closely with senior leadership who are supportive, visible and realistic
The Registered Manager Candidate:
* Experience working in supported living with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
* Have managed or supported services through successful CQC inspections
* Are already a Registered Manager, Care Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready for progression
* Hold (or are working towards) a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
* Lead with warmth, common sense and clear communication
* Believe great care starts with great leadership

The Registered Manager Package:
* Salary £35,000 - £40,000

Stage one - Interview with the Operations Manager
Stage two - Interview with Director and Operations Manager
