Salary: £38,000 w/ Van and Fuel Card + overtime - OTE £42,000

Key Responsibilities

*

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and fault finding in domestic properties

*

Install and replace sockets, switches, consumer units, lighting, and other electrical components

*

Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards

*

Complete job reports and certification accurately using handheld devices or paperwork

*

Provide a professional and respectful service when working in tenants' homes

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation

*

ECS card

*

AM2

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)

*

Experience working in domestic properties

*

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Good communication and customer service skills

Desirable

*

2391 or equivalent Testing & Inspection qualification

*

Previous experience working in social housing or local authority contracts

*

Experience using PDA systems for job reporting
