Ensure high-quality care and safety for children�? Plan stimulating play experiences to support their growth?? Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculumWhat We’re Looking For:?? Experience:

• Working with children from inner-city or BAME communities �?
• At least 2 years post-qualification experience
• Supporting children ages 6 months to 5 years
• Experience working with students and apprentices �?

�? Qualifications:

• Level 3 in Early Years (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ, CACHE, etc.)

?? Skills & Personality:

• Warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing �?
• Team player and independent worker ??
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels ??
• Experience implementing the Children Act 2004 & Every Child Matters ??
