Salary Range: £30,000.00 - £38,500.00 p.a (dependent on experience)

Employment Type: Full time (37hrs pw), Permanent

Responsibilities:

Delivering theory and practical lessons within Catering, including professional cookery.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
Assessing course work for the students through theory and practical.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.

Requirements:

Either lecturing experience, or experience working within the catering/Chef field.
A teaching qualification, or willingness to obtain in post.
Effective communication and literacy skills (minimum level 2 standard)
The ability to cover both theory and practical sessions.
