We are curently looking for a Project Manager who will devise and deliver innovative intiatives for a contact centre client.

The role will looking at how to improve customer experiences and managing senior stakeholders

Duties of this Project Manager role:

Managing the implementation of new systems
AI Intregration
Identifying pain points and implement solutions
Periodic travel overseas and UK Experience of this Project Manager role

Experience working within a contact centre environment
