Do You Have What It Takes?You don't need to be a qualified teacher-but we're especially keen to hear from candidates with experience managing groups of 10 or more young people aged 10-16 in settings such as:

• Sports teams or clubs
• Youth groups and holiday camps
• Community centres and outreach programmes

?? Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the teacher
• Keeping pupils engaged and focused on learning
• Maintaining discipline and classroom behaviour
• Adjusting confidently to different schools and age groups

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience with 10-16 year olds
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• A calm, flexible, and proactive mindset
• Availability for part-time or full-time assignments
