Butler Rose is delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, entrepreneurial business in their search for a talented Finance Director. This privately-owned business, established in 2000, has grown into a leading specialist, working with major UK and global brands. With continued expansion across its group of companies, the organisation now seeks a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership alongside two dynamic Managing Directors. The Finance Director will take overall responsibility for the finance function, overseeing a small team and ensuring robust financial reporting, controls and processes across the group. This pivotal role will involve:

Responsibilities* Leading day-to-day management of the finance functions including management accounts, forecasting, budgeting, tax and statutory reporting. * Driving margin progression, cashflow forecasting, and working capital management. * Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support business planning, operational improvements, and potential M&A activity. * Developing and mentoring the finance team to ensure best practice and high performance. What We're Looking For* A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). * Proven track record in a fast-growing SME environment (essential). * Experience leading a finance team and improving financial controls and processes. * Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. * Flexibility to commute to London once a week.
