PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Location: Basingstoke

Rate of Pay: £12.85

Hours: 05:45 - 13:45, 37.5 hrs/week overtime available

On‑site with free parking

We are seeking an experienced Production Operative for a precision‑focused, clean‑room environment. This role blends hands‑on tasks with administrative duties in a fast‑paced, varied, and essential operational setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Planning and scheduling production workflows alongside the Production Manager
• Using SAP to confirm inventory and track build times
• Managing component availability and maintaining batch documentation
• Labelling products and completing batch paperwork
• Overseeing irradiation processing of products
• Supporting clean‑room validation, environmental monitoring and reporting
• Assisting across cleanroom/warehouse during absences (full PPE provided while in the clean room)

• Strong reliability and eye for detail
• Ability to work in a structured, precision environment
• Comfortable with early starts
• Flexibility to assist in cleanroom or warehouse tasks when required
