A rewarding opportunity is available for a passionate Learning & Engagement Coordinator to support vulnerable individuals and households within a community-focused organisation. Based at the Congleton office, this role plays a key part in helping people build independence, confidence, and long-term stability.
About the Role
You will take the lead in creating and delivering a variety of learning activities and engagement programmes that promote personal development. Working directly with service users, you will help identify their goals, develop tailored support plans, and remove barriers to accessing education, training, and future employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and co-produce learning sessions with service users, ensuring materials are accessible, engaging, and relevant to their needs.
- Deliver group workshops and one-to-one learning interventions focused on life skills, confidence building, wellbeing, and employability.
- Support individuals to access training, education, volunteering, or work opportunities to help them build independence.
- Create personalised development plans, reviewing progress and adapting interventions where needed.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure learning pathways are aligned and well supported.
- Monitor and record engagement outcomes, maintaining accurate data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Promote a positive organisational culture by modelling the values and ethos of the service.
