JasperRose are recruiting on behalf of Direct Bullion, who are looking to hire up to eight Sales Executives in their HQ based in Canary Wharf in beautiful offices overlooking the river.

The company:

Direct Bullion have been dealing in physical gold and silver for a number of years and no one can match their passion and expertise. They are unrivalled in the industry and committed to providing a simple, discreet and secure way to purchase the most competitively priced gold and silver bullion bars and coins.

Due to extensive growth throughout 2017 and 2018, they are now entering their next phase of growth and are looking for a number of Sales Executives with different levels of experience to join their London based team.

What they are looking for:

This is a highly-skilled role that comes with a great amount of responsibility and exposure to high net worth customers from day one. Direct Bullion are a fast paced and constantly changing business and as a Sales Executive, you will be challenged every day in this role, with the ability to develop your career longer term in their London or International offices.

You will need to be enthusiastic, tenacious and determined to hit your targets, whilst always ensuring you are providing a great service to your clients.

Due to the number of roles Direct Bullion are hiring, they are open to considering applicants who have no sales experience and looking to start their career in sales, through to someone who has extensive sales experience. To be successful in their business, you will thrive in working in a fun, competitive environment with great attention to detail and natural ability to build relationships quickly with people.

What you need to succeed in this role:

* Confident and persuasive

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal

* Effective time management

* Ability to plan and organise your own daily selling activity to secure new business

* A good head for figures and understanding of personal finance issues

What they are offering:

* A two-week induction programme from your first day of joining

* Continuous sales training from their highly skilled inhouse trainer

* A base salary and an excellent commission structure, enabling you to earn £50,000 - £100,000 OTE per year

* Monthly and quarterly target bonus’ based on performance and results

* Team incentives, including lunches, nights out, cash prizes and holidays abroad
