As a Residential Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of daily life for our students. You will provide support during key parts of the day—helping students prepare for school in the morning and supporting them with evening routines and activities.

Your duties will include:

Assisting with morning routines such as hygiene, breakfast, and preparing for school.

Providing emotional and practical support during the evening shift.

Supporting recreational activities, life skills, and social development.

Working closely with education staff and other residential team members to provide a consistent, safe environment.
