Project Manager - Bespoke Fit-Out Contractor (Bristol Based)
Salary: Up to £100,000 Package
Base Location: Bristol (Travel along the M4 Corridor required)

The Role:
As Project Manager, you will oversee major fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion. Based in Bristol, you'll manage multiple schemes along the M4 corridor, working with site teams, consultants, and high-end clients to deliver premium interiors to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects valued £15M-£40M

*

Travel to sites primarily located along the M4 corridor

*

Manage project teams, subcontractors, and supply chains

*

Ensure quality, programme, budget, and safety targets are consistently met

*

Act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and internal departments

*

Report regularly to senior management on progress and risks

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record managing large-scale fit-out or interior projects

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-end fit-out environment

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Excellent client-facing and communication abilities

Willingness to travel to project sites across the M4 corridor
