The business is predominantly Sales orientated right now, so the plan will be to kick-start the Lettings department and then grow a whole department underneath you.

Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new business
• Negotiate rental agreements and manage the letting process
• Maintain relationships with landlords
• Grow and manage a team of Negotiators
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulations
• Meet and exceed performance targets

• Successful track record winning new business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
