Our client is a high quality and award winning house builder who have an exciting new opportunity for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to join them on various sites across the Hampshire area.

They are open to a Site Manager who wants to make that transition across.

The salary is up to £75,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus a Fantastic Benefits Package.

You will be reporting directly to the Construction Director

Key Responsibilities required for this position include:

* Attending sites during infrastructure works/activities and identify/record issues, monitor quality and provide positive feedback or raise concerns with the build team and/or contractors

* Working with architects and designers to develop and finalize project plans and specification

* Liaising with both Construction & Commercial Departments to ensure deadlines are met

* Attending meetings with clients and contractors when necessary

* Maintaining, professional and respected working relationships with all external adopting bodies including Highways Authorities, Water Authorities, Councils and Management Companies

Key Skills & Experience required for the position include:

* At least 5 years' experience overseeing new build sites from inception OR relevant experience in a similar position with a recognized housing developer or Highway/Drainage Authority

* CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid

* A degree in Construction/Civil Engineering is deisrable

* Great knowledge of the early build stages / environment

* Team player able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders / colleagues

* Good commercial awareness

* Full UK Driving License

* Right to work in the UK
