JOB TYPE: Permanent, FullTime

SALARY: 18000 - 24000

Established for over 25 years, our client is based on the outskirts of Bristol and are a leading Telecoms provider for the South West.
They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administrator to play a pivotal part in the company.
This is a varied role which will suit a highly organised individual with excellent administration and marketing skills.
Main duties include, although are not limited to: Providing administrative support to the Sales Director; Diary management; Acting as the co-ordinator between the Sales and Service Delivery teams, ensuring that all paperwork, including contracts are completed and processed in a timely manner; Responsibility for the company’s marketing campaigns including mailshots, social media (Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram); Researching, analysing and presenting content into the company’s marketing campaigns; Management and maintenance of the company’s website (Wordpress).
You will possess: Previous administration experience; either in a working environment or demonstrable through a good education level a degree; Excellent organisation skills; Knowledge of social media marketing and in particular experience using Twitter, Linked, Instagram and Wordpress; Excellent communication skills; Good computer skills; The ability to manage your own workload effectively.
Hours: until 5pm Salary : up to £25k depending on experience.
Start date: ASAP for the right candidate.
