Stephen James Consulting continue to partner with one of there key not-for-profit elderly care providers, in the search for a Interim Divisional Support Manager, covering a portfolio of 5/6 care homes.

This newly created role will primarily focus on supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes and financial performance in identified focus homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Regional Director of Care in achieving pre-agreed quality and business targets and KPIs

* Supporting Registered Managers with the day-to-day running and development of their home.

* Interim management of a care home in the absence of a Registered Manager.

* To provide strong leadership skills to enhance client's quality of life by identifying and reducing risks by conducting care audits and taking corrective action

The role of is offering £64,000 + Car Allowance +Travel salary is dependent on candidates experience.
