Private Client Solicitor – Stoke 

Are you a passionate Solicitor with experience in Wills, probate and estate planning? About the Role

As a Solicitor in the Private Client team, you will provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

• Managing estate administration and probate

• Advising on trusts for financial planning and residential care fee mitigation

• Supporting clients with Inheritance Tax planning

You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, embraces technology to improve efficiency and prioritises clear communication and exceptional client service.

You will have:

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification

• 1-4 years PQE, ideally within Private Client law

• Hands-on experience with Wills, LPAs and estates

• Familiarity with asset preservation trusts and estate planning strategies

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
