In this role, you'll drive the uplift of the DevOps capabilities across development, testing, and production delivery. You'll combine hands-on engineering with strategic influence, guiding teams worldwide to adopt modern tools, automation, and best-in-class DevOps/SRE practices. • Build and enhance internal tooling to automate development, testing, and deployment.
  • Create fully automated CI/CD pipelines to eliminate manual release overhead.
  • Improve platform stability through better observability, monitoring, and process enhancements.
  • Support engineering teams in adopting consistent tooling and cloud-ready delivery practices (cloud & on-prem).
  • Partner with vendors to accelerate adoption of automation and DevOps best practices.
  • Architect solutions using containers, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
  • Drive automation across environment management, logging, and monitoring.

Essential

  • Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).
  • 7-10 years' DevOps experience in major Financial or Technology environments.
  • Proven success driving DevOps/SRE transformation and measurable productivity improvements.
  • Strong expertise with AWS and modern DevOps/SRE principles.
  • Hands-on experience automating tests within CI/CD (unit, integration, smoke).

Nice to Have

  • Background working in Agile/Lean teams (e.g., SAFe).
  • Knowledge of automation, CI/CD, and observability tooling (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Experience across Linux/Windows environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, Groovy).
  • Experience with programming languages (Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, C++).
  • Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and pipelines-as-code.
