Location: Tewkesbury

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, with alternate Saturdays (finishing around 14:30 on Saturdays; a weekday off provided when working Saturdays)

Salary: £27,400 per annum

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

* Accurately enter and process customer orders received via phone, email, or fax to ensure seamless deliveries.

* Address delivery inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction.

* Greet customers with a friendly, helpful attitude over the phone or at reception, ensuring each interaction reflects dedication to service.

* Work closely with stock control, assist with invoice distribution, and contribute to the smooth operational flow.
