The OpportunityBased in Bristol, you'll be part of a growing Civil Engineering team working across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll lead design delivery, liaise directly with clients and stakeholders, and help deliver sustainable, practical engineering solutions from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver civil infrastructure design projects across multiple sectors.

• Manage client relationships and liaise with local authorities and contractors.

• Prepare detailed designs and technical reports using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and InfoDrainage (or similar).

• Ensure compliance with relevant Section Agreements (278, 38, 104, 185).

• Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians within the team.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in a UK civil engineering design consultancy.

• Strong knowledge of drainage and highways design standards.

• Proven ability to manage projects from planning to construction stages.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
