Salesforce Developer - Hybrid

The Opportunity:
Ocho is working on behalf of a well-regarded digital consultancy that delivers bespoke Salesforce solutions for clients across a range of industries. This organisation is known for its innovative projects, collaborative culture, and commitment to technical excellence. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Salesforce Developer to work on cutting-edge solutions, contribute to technical design, and shape end-to-end implementations that have real business impact.

The Role:
You will be responsible for developing, customising, and integrating Salesforce solutions that support client business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party APIs and legacy systems
• Participate in design workshops and translate functional specs into technical solutions
• Carry out unit testing, bug fixes, and assist in deployment using CI/CD pipelines
• Document code, processes, and system architecture
• Work collaboratively to deliver high-quality solutions on time

What You'll Need:

• Proven commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools and lifecycle (e.g. Git, SFDX, Change Sets)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Experience Cloud or CPQ modules
