Friday to Sunday, 8:30am - 2:00pm
Salary: £11,309.44 - £12,441.00 per annum

About the Role:As Chef Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meal preparation, and maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards. You will play a key role in delivering nutritious and enjoyable meals while managing stock, compliance, and kitchen organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and serve meals to a high standard
Manage kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor stock levels and manage ordering
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen
Ensure all health & safety and hygiene standards are metWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar Chef or Chef Manager role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
Ability to work independently and manage a small kitchen environment
